Happy New Year, a little late. As I cruise through my seventies (an age I could never imagine before), invented learned to appreciate each day, including the unexpected upsets of life and my sometimes uncooperative body. Yoga with Adrienne keeps me flexible and balanced in mind and body. We don’t get much snow here in my part of Texas, but I love looking at the snowy scenes you and others post. Thanks!

Happy New Year. My 50s were good. I was no longer chasing a career or unrealistic dreams. My kids had all married and moved out. I could enjoy the quiet and do things for fun (instead of money), like music and writing. I joined two bands and wrote a novel and hundreds of short stories. I am two years into my 60s now. They are more achy than the 50s. 😂 But I am still enjoying myself. And am more content.

What a wonderful way to start the year, within 🦋 It sounds so transformative! I'm feeling this space too, a quieting down of many things. It is what it is. And I absolutely love the description paragraph. Did you find out where the fire-hose sound originated? I'm curious now :) And Happy Birthday Year! What a journey it has and will be! ❤️

Thanks, Nanci 💕 I still don’t know what the noise was. Could have been from the building they’re doing next door (but the opposite end of my building). It really did sound as if someone was high pressure hosing the walls though... it will forever be a mystery! 😜
